I Made this prototype as a reference point for future project improvements. The height can only be confirmed when printing is complete. I printed mine using ABS, reaching 75% of the total height which came out to be around 15mm, with 3 outer layers and a layer thickness of .1mm. In addition, I ensured that the spacing between holes was never less than 3mm anywhere on the part. You can then select a hole and count up from it to down towards the bottom to get an accurate measurement of what your real-world hole size will look like, all dependent on your settings at print time. To store this part, I plan to print a ziplock bag. Post-print completion. The draft of the part requires minimal clean-up. On one hand, it is quite obvious on the 1mm hole located on the bottom side; there is no visible sign of the hole existing. Conversely, on top side you can easily spot the hole's existence. However, I ran into a slight issue where my top portion did not meet the desired three layers (I'm currently trying out Simplify3D). Nonetheless, aside from this hitch, I am quite satisfied with how the part turned out. What's more, the holes have come out slightly larger than expected. Now that I've set a baseline for future holes, It has also prompted me to create a version centered around common fractions next. Thanks
