For instance, when printed with my personal 3D machine, I have observed that designed features like a 3mm hole tend to be manufactured with a consistent aperture size of approximately 2mm. As a result, I consistently incorporate this precision gauge into my workflow whenever I need to integrate holes into my designs. Regular calibration of the printer using a standard set of metric drill bits has confirmed that all fabricated hole dimensions fall consistently short by exactly 1mm compared to the specified measurements, as indicated within the measurable range of this gauge.
