This is a simple cable shroud I used to clean up my PC build in the Metalfish S5 case. I've included multiple different versions with varying GPU lengths and bottom fan heights to hopefully fit your particular build. If none of the options I've provided work I've also included the Solidworks file for you to modify. As a bonus I've induced a duct to direct the hot exhaust from the PSU to improve airflow and clean up the look even more. Cheers!
