Initial build is set up for 3/8" soft copper tubing, which straightens remarkably well from a coiled roll. It utilizes five 608RS generic bearings at a bargain price and M8 hex bolts. Long shank bolts are used between the top and base to maintain precise alignment. Printed in PLA for maximum stiffness with 2mm floors and walls and 40% infill density. Only two through bolt holes were needed, which are located on the outer side of the design. The bottom side of the base features a recessed area for the hex heads. This setup can be easily converted into a large radius bender by removing the outer two pulleys. Additional diameter pulleys will be uploaded in the future, including 5/16", 1/4", and 3/16" options. Updade has been replaced with an update notice dated 2020-02-01: New 3/16", 1/4", 4mm, 6mm, and 10mm pulley files have been added.
