Updates: - 2.19.18 - Added SLA/DLP versions as complete prints. You can re-process these for FDM, but the tracks will need reinforcement. Files are marked with an asterisk followed by ".SLA". - 10.4.17 - Updated all files, especially the tracks. I added a insert between the tracks to make them a solid, yet retain their original look. For printing, you should lay the model flat versus the vertical V2 split (which works well too but requires extensive cleaning). On your printer, enable supports and then clean between the tracks easily with an X-Acto knife. Gun mounts now have the proper pin for machine guns. The top hull has two versions: one with and without machine gun mounts. It's up to you to print whichever version suits your needs. Also, the MG requires printing two pieces but given the delicate barrels, it's better to fake them using stretched filament and gluing them on. The 8% scale of the original model is about three inches which is very small. You will probably want to go 10-12%. Fifteen percent being as large as your hand. Update 9.18.17 - Added new splits to help with printing. Update 5.8.17 - added final drive retention axels to hold the drive wheels better to the chassis - SPLIT TANK ONLY for now. Another Metal Slug tank model prints nicely split. The model is broken into the tank body, guns and muffler, and gun mounts. Bottom fenders are also split. Scale to your desired size and print it. You will need to scale all parts to an equal percentage. I should have done this but decided to let you decide the size of your print. Print at 100 microns with support. SUPPORT IS NEEDED for the tracks!!!! Original artwork from: http://3dmag.org
