Metal slingshot pouch
thingiverse
This precision shooting slingshot pouch enables you to load swiftly, offering a firm, consistent bed for the projectile that significantly increases accuracy. Additionally, it is remarkably light, potentially allowing for faster shot speed than leather-based pouches. However, my plastic prototype broke after just one shot, indicating that metal might be the ideal material. The pouch is completely customizable according to the size of the projectile and the thickness of the slingshot rubber band. The design is based on millimeters, with conversion guidelines provided for finding shot size in inches: (1/4) inch equals 6.35 millimeters, (5/16) inch equals 7.94 millimeters, (3/8) inch equals 9.52 millimeters, (7/16) inch equals 11.11 millimeters, and (1/2) inch equals 12.7 millimeters. The provided .stl file is specifically designed for use with 9.5mm projectiles and 8mm rubber bands. I will attempt to create a plastic-printable version, but success cannot be guaranteed.
