Metal Max adapter for the Nimble V1.1
thingiverse
Quick fix for swapping out the top triangular piece on the Metal Max hot end clamp. The new base then enables easy installation of the Nimble on top. The adapter must be this thick to prevent nuts from interfering with the metal plate holding it in place. Now, the nuts are safely housed within the adapter itself. Edit: I made some adjustments for easier printing. A thin wall now separates the nut space and bolt hole. Simply drill out the 3 mm hole for a hassle-free installation. The Filament hole is also covered in the same manner, featuring a 4 mm hole and a 2 mm hole. If you're using the effector with quick clip wiring, check out WagnerMark52's reworked adapter on Thingiverse - [link](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2473298). That's where I got the inspiration for the thin wall modification, courtesy of Mark! ### The Nimble Extruder This tiny extruder weighs in at under 27 grams on your carriage or effector, making it the smallest and lightest option available. With ample torque to spare, the Nimble can be mounted in multiple orientations. Get yours from Zesty Technology - [link](https://zesty.tech).
