I crafted this corrugating tool to corrugate 0.1mm x 30mm nickel sheet, making it perfect for use in a regenerator of a stirling engine. The versatile tool can also be used to corrugate aluminum foil or paper with ease. The corrugated sheet is an excellent choice for metal roofing on models, adding a professional touch to any build. To accommodate the nickel plate's unique dimensions, I designed guide rails that can be scaled up or down as needed, ensuring a perfect fit regardless of the material being used. While guide rails are optional, they can be replaced with blank end pieces if desired. To achieve optimal results, I printed the gears using a 0.5mm nozzle; however, when printing with smaller nozzle sizes, some adjustments may be necessary to ensure a proper fit.
