I crafted this precise fitment to nest snugly between the ball studs on my Metal Delta, taking up a mere 5mm of space. When paired with a 40x40x10 fan, it effectively reduces the print bed radius by a full 10mm. These adapters are designed to seamlessly integrate with both button and cap screws, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free installation process. During testing, I printed five of these custom-fit adapters, each one specifically tailored to replace the three fans on my effector and two for the hotend. The result is a sleek and efficient setup that maximizes print quality and minimizes downtime. For optimal performance, I recommend using the high-quality Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX fans in conjunction with these adapters. Specifically: * M3x6mm screws are ideal for attaching the adapter to the effector. * M3x12mm screws provide a secure fit between the fan and its corresponding adapter.
