Metal Casting

Metal Casting

thingiverse

Cast Lucifer as a figure using bismuth alloys in ABS molds, following Cosmo Wenman's video tutorial. The process involves heating the bismuth alloy to a low temperature and pouring it into an ABS mold with a detailed design. After the metal cools and hardens, the plastic is dissolved using acetone, leaving behind the metal cast of the figure. Note: Some bismuth alloys contain lead and cadmium, which are toxic, so safety precautions such as wearing eye protection and working in a well-ventilated area are essential. Consider using "Field's Metal" for a safer alternative.
