Metal Car - Kossel Metal Carriage for Vslot 2020

I've broken down this project into four distinct designs. metalcar carriage for CNC - comes with an SVG file, and it's worth noting that the SVG is in millimeters per point metalcar carriage with stepper for CNC - includes an SVG file, also using millimeters per point as its unit of measurement metalcar_prt for 3D printing - features a STL file metalcar_stepper_prt for 3D printing - has a STL file I'm currently in the process of constructing a complete metal Kossel 3D Printer. The initial phase is already complete, as I've manufactured metal corners and want to produce carriages and effectors out of metal. This particular design for the carriage is a work in progress. The carriage makes use of three wheels from OpenBuilds along with an eccentric spacer for tensioning. It relies on an iron cup combined with a rare earth magnet for support. The rear section features threaded connections using M3 screws, while the upper part consists of rectangular components suitable for mounting a magnet or a switch with tape and a flag for optical positioning. The 2D vector graphics are then generated through projection before allowing the export of dxf and vector files. Future CNC fabrication will be handled using cambam, followed by cutting operations on my cnc machine or laser cutter as a possible alternative.
