<p>3D-printed Metal Bending Tool for Sheet Metal fitting for a Heuer Front 120 vice.</p> <p>Tested with 1mm aluminum and 0,8mm steel - I didn't see any wear on the tool parts during bending.</p> <p>Printed on a Prusa Mini in PET-G with 12 perimeters and 80% infill.</p> <p>The tool is mounted on the vice with 5x10mm cylindrical magnets.</p> <p>I attached the original FreeCAD that you can modify to your vice.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Printed on a Prusa Mini<br/> PET-G<br/> 12 perimeters<br/> 80% infill<br/> 0,25mm layer height</p>
