I designed this to be printed with a .8mm nozzle. If you are planning to use with a .4mm you may want to widen it a little bit more (.2mm) although probably will work anyway. I printed in PETG and got a great friction fit on the inside of the dust shoot on my Metabo 12in sliding miter saw. Fusion file attached.
