For your guide board, use an MDF or plywood sheet and drill or mill round slots and holes as indicated in file "Bandsaw_Guide_MDF.step". The recommended board size is 500x165mm, but feel free to customize or design your own - just keep it under 170mm so it fits snugly under the saw guide (max 170mm for BAS 318 model).
