The Messerschmitt Me-262 was a trailblazer as the first plane with a jet engine to be mass-produced. It held the title of fastest plane at its time. My build utilized a Stepcraft desktop CNC machine, working with 6 mm beech plywood sheets cut by a 1.2 mm flute spiral-toothed saw blade. The parts were carefully glued together and then sanded to perfection, resulting in an impressive toy suitable for boys of all ages. A laser cutter could also be used to create smaller versions, offering another viable option for this project.
