I built a rocket designed to shoot a message out of its rear when it hits a target, utilizing a plunger mechanism that propels the message upon impact. The plunger's flat tip allows for maximum surface area, which is crucial since the design prioritizes functionality over aerodynamics. This rocket is intended to be launched from a PVC paintball gun with an inner diameter of approximately 25 mm. To ensure smooth deployment, I've included a second plunger on the inside that compresses upon impact, forcing the message out through the rear of the rocket. Assembly involves attaching the smaller plunger to a rod and feeding it into the rocket's body from within. Subsequently, glue the larger disk onto the protruding section of the rod at the front of the rocket.
