No weights or equipment needed - just you, your blender, and some healthy ingredients. Let's get started! Warm-up: Blend-a-Thon Begin by blending together 1 cup of frozen berries, 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of honey until smooth. Pour the mixture into a glass and drink it down in one swift motion. Exercise 1: Berry Blast Grab your blender and add 1 cup of mixed greens, 1/2 cup of sliced strawberries, and 1/4 cup of chopped pecans. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until the mixture is well combined. Drink up!
