Merten D-Life thermoplastic frame
prusaprinters
I created this design because I needed to replicate my electrical switch frame, in order to edit them. I have one switch close to a wall corner and the manufactured frame doesn't fit. It's too large. I plan to make one smaller on the side, so I can mount it. In order to do so, the first step is to reproduce the original design right? That's how I made this. TL;DR I just want to print itOk so, you'll need to print it with final front facing down your sheet. It will require a bit more of support construction than the back facing down BUT it will be way more easy to clean after.Although, you don't really need to clean the support since it's empty just for material economy purpose but 🤷🏻♂️ … I guess I like it clean 😁 Printed with a Prusa Mini+ with the original 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm QUALITY profile. You have the .gcode attached if you're using the same printer 👍🏼MeasurementsThe thermoplastic original version from Schneider Electrics is quite imprecise due to the molded injection method. I had to correct a lot of them. You can notice it by eye observation if you're comparing both model, but it don't change anything when mounted on the wall.
