Mermaid scale sheet - laser design

I designed a custom pattern for Stella's silicone mermaid tail scale sheet to help her create her own. We laser cut 2mm EVA foam into thin strips, which we then glued to a sturdy base - either a solid piece of wood or another large sheet of EVA foam. The tail features small scales at the bottom and larger ones on top. To achieve this design, we used a special strip with rounded edges for the top layer. After attaching all the strips to the base, we applied a generous coat of wood glue to fill in any gaps and reinforce the structure, giving the mermaid tail its desired shape and strength.
