Merino sheep skull - key for old door bell

This is a reworked interpretation of the sheep skull design featuring a modern take on the traditional bicycle door bell. By integrating a central square hole protruding from the base of the skull, we have created a one-of-a-kind piece that will make your visitors curious and wanting to know more. We wanted to recreate an old-fashioned mechanical door bell using 3D printing technology. This required finding creative solutions for everyday problems like losing keys. Luckily, our designers were able to repurpose a lost brass object by turning it into a stylish doorbell key. When turned in the right direction, this striking piece will signal to your visitors that they have reached their destination. It may spark conversation about design, function and aesthetics, depending on the context and style of the door it is attached to. Below are some printer settings for the best possible results: - Printer: Flashforge Creator X Dual Head - Rafts: Yes - Supports: Yes - Resolution: 0.1 mm - Infill: 15% Additional tips were gathered through personal experience, which include: * Print on its back to achieve a solid and even finish. * Utilize the second nozzle for printing supports and minimize clean-up by focusing only on necessary areas. Using fine-nosed forceps or pointy ended scalpel proves effective in cleaning up leftover fragments. Design improvement section While our first 3D printed bell key lasted around one year, it eventually snapped at its weakest point due to improper modeling of a hollow space. By examining the issue closely, we identified that incorrect software identification had mistakenly deemed this cavity as part of the external surface.
