I've been using this long air assist tube design, but still noticed lots of smoke rising up to the lens when engraving. So I mashed together two designs: the long air assist tube design and a cone-shaped lens based nozzle from Scorch's air_nozzle_V1.scad file, shared by the K40 Whisperer. And voila! It has a .14mm diameter hole feeding the air into the lens nozzle since all I wanted that for is to keep smoke off the lens. It is a tight fit on the K40 lens cap but I was able to scrape the first layer brim and a bit of the inside enough for a tight, firm fit.
