Merfolk Thought Lord

I'm really struggling with mesh sculpting in Blender, but check out the outcome of my latest attempt to improve at it. In my D&D campaign, the Merfolk are the offspring of humans who were genetically engineered by Aboleths to serve within their underwater strongholds. With the true Aboleths long since banished, the Merfolk are now governed by "Thought Lords," ascended Merfolk who have been altered and distorted to resemble their creators. It's meant to be used as a 28mm scale miniature, though so far I haven't added a proper base for it, nor have I decided on exactly how large I want it to be. __________ Update 8/21: Added a V2 with a more natural pose and some smoothing out.
