I discovered that boosting all the models by 4% results in a seamless fit on standard sch40 PVC piping readily available at any hardware store. Due to my limited print bed size, similar to Armatus's constraints, I had to slice some of the models to accommodate them on my printer. To ensure stability and durability, I incorporated reinforcement parts for each wing into the design. A generous application of superglue in conjunction with screws has proven effective in holding everything securely in place. However, it's possible that the bottom handle could benefit from an additional screw on the second part. This was the only section that didn't receive a screw after slicing, but fortunately, the snug fit on the PVC combined with abundant superglue has held up remarkably well so far.
