Mercy Face Shield - Stackable

Mercy Face Shield - Stackable

thingiverse

This is not really a remix but a stackable version of "Mercy Face Shield" by rkolibar, which I've built upon with my own additions. All credits go to the original creator, who deserves full recognition for their work. I simply stacked their design with a spacing of 0.3mm, doubling my standard layer height of 0.15mm, to make separation easy. You won't need supports as the individual pieces (plastic sheet holders) print well without them, but feel free to enable them if you prefer - they don't take much time or material. The 2-stacked version took approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to print at 80mm/s, while the 4-stacked version required around 4 hours. I printed both versions with 20% infill and a high level of detail, and found that they behaved equally well in terms of bending. The only difference was in weight - both were nearly identical, but the 100% print took just a few minutes longer to complete. I recommend trying it out for yourself to see the results firsthand.
