Merchant & Marauders 3D Game Board

This project started as a fun challenge after I saw someone create a 3D version of the Merchants & Marauders board. With my wife's invaluable assistance, we decided to try our hand at creating a similar 3D printed board, but this time using foam cutouts instead of 3D printing. We began with a jpg file uploaded by someone and had it printed out in full size. To create the islands, we used outlines either from the game board or online maps and layered them up in Fusion 360. Although Fusion wasn't ideal for this project, I'm still learning to use Blender proficiently. We also created 3D versions of locations from the M&M expansion to save space on the ocean. These locations are remixes of various items found on Thingiverse. I've uploaded all necessary files to make the board, except for the map board and my wife's creative painting skills. We aimed to keep everything fun and homemade, which is why you'll notice hand lettering throughout.
