Update 11/04/2019 Version 4 uploaded, featuring a thicker end that securely attaches to the original pipe and a larger slot for precise alignment. The upgraded design ensures a snug fit against the original component. I initially printed my version in PLA, but it only lasted 14 days, indicating a need for more heat-resistant materials like ABS or even Nylon C14. A quote from a 3D printing service revealed a cost of £28 for a Nylon C14 print. This custom part is designed to repair the air intake y section on a Mercedes W211 E320 where it connects to the turbocharger. While its durability remains uncertain, this solution may provide temporary relief if you're unable to afford a replacement part. I printed my initial version in PLA at 40% fill with a cubic fill pattern.
