This is a replacement keyhead for the flimsy replacement keyheads now supplied by Mercedes. I designed this from an old drawing so I have not tested it on a real key. Please comment on the fit. I no longer have any keys to test. All of my old keys are mounted in a cnc milled plastic version. The dimensions of this 3d printed model are the same so it should work. You may have to tweak the scaling. I print out two halves and then glue them together with the key sandwiched inside. Gorilla glue works well as long as you don't put too much on. It tends to foam out on the edges. Use sparingly but add some in the middle cavity to lock the key in place. Then squeeze the whole thing gently together in a vise or clamp overnight.
