Without the cab heater control, life can be extremely difficult. Mine suddenly snapped when I was out on hire and, fortunately, got stuck on cold blow. A small but essential part of any Mercedes Sprinter is the cab heater control. Rebuilt using my high-tech workzone verniers. Minus the weak points and built-in obsolescence! The arm is printed flat with excellent support for the stepped end. The pins are printed lying down for added strength along their length. I was concerned that as one pin is a compressed cable hitch, it might snap if printed upright. This arm is under some tension so the grain direction is crucial.
