Lost my headlamp lid from my Mercedes ML270 W163, so I had to create a new one. MercedesLid_1.stl: PETG / ABS, 5 perimeters, 50% infill (this should hold up fine) MercedesLid_2.stl: PETG / ABS, 2 perimeters, 10% infill MercedesLid_rubber.stl: any flex material, 3 perimeters, 10% infill Post processing: Glue together Mercedes_Lid1 and Mercedes_Lid2 parts. Remove support under hooks in Mercedes_Lid2 part. Push the rubber part inside (it might be tight).
