Mercedes Jack Adapter - Customisable

Three different types of jacking point adapters for a Mercedes W221 S-Class (and probably other Mercedes models as well), together with the OpenSCAD program that produced them, allowing the dimensions of the adapters to be customised.

The basis of the program is a block that is modelled on a Mercedes factory jack, designed to locate in the vehicle's jacking point. This block is then mounted on one of three different adapters:
1) A simple disc designed to sit inside the cup of a generic trolley jack (with or without a locating peg),
2) A saddle plate designed to sit on top of an axle stand,
3) A shaped adapter designed to fit another type of trolley jack cup.

The required adapter can be selected by setting ONE of the Program Options 'disc', 'saddle' or 'jack' to 'true'.

[Disc]
The disc can be configured with the 'disc_thickness' and 'disc diam' parameters. The 'fillet_rad' parameter can also be used to specify the radius of the filleted edges of the disc. An optional locating peg can be added underneath the disc if the 'peg' option is set to 'true', and its dimensions can be configured with the 'peg_length' and 'peg_diam' parameters.

[Saddle Plate]
The saddle plate that sits on an axle stand is configurable using the following parameters:
'stand_top_width': the width of the flat plate on the top of the axle stand (mine is 61mm).
'stand_top_length': the length of the flat plate (between the sloping 'ears') (mine is 64mm).
fillet_rad: the radius of the filleted edges of the saddle plate.
saddle_thickness: the thickness of the saddle plate and the base feet.

[Jack Adapter]
The diameter of the adapter and the fillet radius are defined by the 'disc_diam' and 'fillet_rad' parameters respectively.

If printing this on a filament (FDM) 3D printer, I recommend 100% infill,
with build plate support where necessary (the saddle plate and jack adapters, and the disc adapter if the locating peg is included). I used ABS.

This program requires the excellent 'Round Anything' library by Kurt Hutten (https://github.com/Irev-Dev/Round-Anything)

CJH, November 2022.
