I modified the Sardonumspa posted Mercedes C220 Headlight Cap because I required a bit more room inside the cap to accommodate some LED bulbs and wiring. To fill the space for the gasket around the ring, I used self-adhesive door seal foam. This modification fit my 2011 Mercedes C300 W204 perfectly. It may also work for other models, but I'm not certain about that.
