This package includes a detailed exterior model with simple interiors. Each object features its material's name for easy modification or application. The archive contains various file formats, including 3DS Max 2011 with V-Ray and Mental Ray materials, as well as models with basic standard materials. Preview images showcase studio renders with lighting and render setup included; however, Photoshop adjustments may cause slight differences in color. A Photoshop CS6 macro file (.atn) is provided for post-production. Models come with mesh smooth applied or without, depending on the format, and are organized into layers. Textures might need manual addition, and some elements may require optimization in Cinema 4D. The polycount varies from 320,000 polygons (without meshsmooth) to 2.8 million faces/1.5 million polygons (collapsed).
