Base layer for wood wood trim on the edges of the dash. The passengers side is a bit too long, so you will have to sand it or cut it, but the drivers side should fit well immediately. As with the other parts, you should be able to easily get wood veneer on this and them install it. This fits my 300D turbo diesel, but I don't know about other w123 models.
