With time the interior plastic become brittle and break easily. I reverse engineered the vent nozzle of my van and had it print in nylon by a shop. This is one of the internal parts of the nozzle. I used the left one but I think they are all the same internally. Update 19/02/2021: I got the printed part from the shop. Some corrections are needed, I will update the design soon: 1) Spacing in the back is small, the mating part can turn but it fits quite tight. 2) The left side pin was defined too long (I preferred too long than too short). Finally the part width is well designed so the pin should be reduced to facilitate the insertion in the case. 3) The pivot holes (upper and lower) can be designed better: the retaining lip can be bigger and a bit more thick to retain better the pivot rod.
