thingiverse
The Mercedes-Benz Renntransporter, unveiled in 1954, boasted the legendary 300 SL's butterfly doors-powered 6-cylinder engine. It could reach speeds of up to 170 kilometers per hour and was used to transport Fangio's Silver Arrows during the 1955 and 1956 F1 World Championships. Unfortunately, the original unit has vanished, but an exact replica built by Mercedes-Benz is proudly displayed at the Stuttgart Star Museum.
