This package features a highly detailed exterior with medium-level interior modeling. Each object is labeled with its material name for easy customization. The archive contains models in various formats, such as 3ds Max 2011 with V-Ray and mental ray materials, .obj files with different rendering setups, and .lwo and .c4d versions without collapsing after mesh smooth. The model is provided with mesh smooth applied for renders and separated into layers for convenience. However, textures may need manual addition, and some elements might require optimization in Cinema 4D. The polycount is approximately 450,000 polygons without mesh smooth and around 3.4 million faces/1.8 million polygons when collapsed.
