This is a replacement part for the Mercedes-Benz seat belt presenter's gear. The gear often fails prematurely due to excessively worn teeth, causing the presenter to malfunction unless manually pulled at the start. It should fit all 124 chassis Coupe and Cabriolet models from 1987 to 1995. Print Settings: Printer: Geeetech Prusa I3 X Rafts: Irrelevant Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.05 - 0.2 mm Infill: 75 - 100% Notes: I used PLA for printing, but ABS may also work well. However, a test has shown that PLA is insufficiently strong and the gear teeth broke after some use. Nylon would likely be the best option, or possibly ABS due to its slightly greater elasticity than PLA.
