Menu Holder
thingiverse
I'm constantly misplacing the Takeaway menus so I've decided to design a holder for them that can be easily mounted on the wall next to my phone. I actually had to interrupt the printing process before it was complete because in order to achieve the full 158mm height, I need to move the extruder drivers on my machine, which is why my printed part looks slightly off. (If someone prints this and takes a photo or I manage to print a new one, I'll make sure to update it.) This holder also includes a slot for business cards on the front side. In the back of the part, I've added screw holes so that it can be easily hung from the wall. I've also designed an extra sharp version with no radii on top. Instructions: The walls are 1mm thick so I adjusted my print width to .5mm, which allows for a clean outer shell and significantly reduces the number of infill layers, thereby reducing printing time. With this setting, there's no need to fill in most of the part.
