I was asked by a family member to make a Mentos/Coke bottle launcher nozzle thing. BUT they also wanted it to simulate a Minecraft TNT explosion. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ig-wiTRGDPc It uses a 3mm allen wrench as a launch key I was surprised that it works perfectly in PLA with only 2 perimeters and 5% gradient infill.
