Customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:74322 can be created using the Customizer! (http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=74322). To do this, select options such as text size of 8, standard picture shape, and input your desired text lines 1-5. You can also choose a 12-layer design with a layer height of 0.1, and upload the image file "lithopane_new20140228-13659-1oy7t1x-0.dat". Other options include text orientation, large pane size, a 10mm hole diameter, and a vertical position of 13 for your text. Don't forget to include the hole in your design, and set the picture orientation as horizontal.
