The initial file, posted on GrabCAD by Karim Gabra back in 2012, seemed to be a STEP import; this resulted in several broken or missing surfaces and an unsolid model. Additionally, numerous holes were not round, and mating surfaces were far from flat. I rectified these issues, ensuring the revised version is more user-friendly within assemblies. In SolidWorks 2017, the STEP underwent testing without any problems; however, if you detect issues with this model in a different software, kindly save and share a STEP copy of what was opened, enabling me to identify and fix the problematic features for everyone's benefit. Lastly, I must note my uncertainty about the source data's accuracy from Karim Gabra, but almost all features have been simplified, making this model ideal for assemblies and space claims, even if it's not 100% accurate in areas that don't matter much.
