MendelMax Z-rod lower mount - AlephObjects deriviative for thrust bearings

The original Z-rod of my printer delaminated during assembly; however, after repairing it, there were no more issues. Still, I had plans to redesign the part. Luckily, AO released a design on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:15861) that incorporated everything I had in mind, except for using 608 bearings. But, as I have the "original" thrust bearings for z-motor load reduction, I derived this version, implementing hole sizes from maxbots' original piece. The instructions are similar to AlephObjects' version, requiring a couple of additional T-nuts in the upper Y-axis (side) frame extrusion on each side. I added a support layer to the rod hole area that needs cleaning before use and also provided an "on edge" version of the smooth rod clamp for those who prefer it for strength, even though flat printing has not caused any problems for me. Z-clamps require M5 x 20mm screws.
