In a MendelMax with PTFE slide rails from Trinity Labs, mount your Y-axis endstop. This endstop enables home positioning on the build area, unlike http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:28588. I prefer this design for its intuitive nature. To install, attach the switch to the holder with M2.5 screws, then secure the holder to the extrusion using slightly longer screws than before, considering both parts' thicknesses.
