To avoid adding extra t-nuts, use this ATX PSU power socket mount. It's designed for standard sockets without a switch, which you can mount at the printer's front. The safety cover adheres to the back if your socket lacks heat shrink or other insulation. Print two parts, trim supports, and tidy rough edges. Insert one part in extrusion, add second a few centimeters apart, then slide together. Place power socket and fasten with m3 bolts through printed pieces for friction-enhancing fit.
