To elevate my MendelMax, I utilized brackets (available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:35766) that were mounted under the frame after installing the power supply. For this, I printed four of these and inserted M5 socket head cap screws from beneath while securing with nuts to achieve a leveled machine.
