The original aluminum Y-carriage features three bolts that secure the bed with springs, making leveling cumbersome as a wrench is needed under the carriage to prevent nut spinning while adjusting from above. To simplify this process, I designed a "Nut holder" that captures the nut on the plate, allowing for easy leveling using an allen wrench. It also includes a spring pocket. This design provides better bolt stability due to a tight hole for the bolt, resulting in a more stable bed platform during printing. Afterward, mark and drill mounting holes before attaching them to the plate.
