Mendelmax 2 Curved Fan Duct (one piece)

This is my streamlined curved fan duct designed specifically for Mendelmax 2.0 machines. To improve strength and reduce complexity, I've condensed the entire duct into a single part. I faced issues with the standard 40mm fan duct, which was a two-piece assembly that needed to be screwed together - a weak point in its design. Unfortunately, when using it for an extended period at full speed, particularly with my Mendelmax 2 running at maximum velocity, I encountered frequent disintegration due to mechanical stress. To solve this problem, I set out to create a durable, single-part duct. UPDATE (August 17, 2014): A new version of the duct is now available. This version features a 5mm increase in length to centralize the nozzle. UPDATE (September 4, 2014): To simplify printing further, an additional flat part has been included - one that's ideal for printers capable of orienting objects on their side during the manufacturing process. Printing this fan duct requires ensuring that your 3D printer's nozzle starts at the top edge. It features an optimal print angle of no more than 45 degrees, making it easily accessible and feasible on various models.
