Mendelmax 2.0 Bowden Extruder Mount

Mendelmax 2.0 Bowden Extruder Mount

Converting a MendelMax 2 to utilize a dual extruder from E3D required mounting the extruder motors somewhere. The motor mount holes are spaced a bit far apart, but switching to an M3 instead of an M4 proved effective. To print the part, it will need to be rotated, as I'm still learning how to model and use Onshape. The part can be found and edited here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/5b562e5a0ec61ab039bd6459 Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao i3 (Monoprice IIIC) Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 20% Notes: A lot of support material would have been needed, and the print didn't come out perfectly clean due to the exact 45-degree angle. However, it's still functional. It was printed with PLA at 210 degrees and a bed temperature of 75 degrees on blue tape on glass, with the long flat part (top) facing the bed.
