MendelMax 1.0 Belt Tensioner / Idler Upgrades

Updated tensioner for MendelMax printbed now available. This new design is specifically engineered for use with two 625HZZ ball bearings and a single T2.5 belt pulley. Two lengths of 5mm diameter shaft are required for assembly. The updated tensioner also includes an ACME pillow block motor idler, providing improved stability and performance. Assembly instructions: Place the bearings in their designated cut-outs and insert one end of the shaft part-way into the assembly. Next, add a nylon washer, followed by the pulley, another nylon washer, then feed the remaining length of shaft through the assembly. Finally, secure the shaft to the pulley with a grub screw, making sure it is tightened firmly in place.
