Mendel90 Wades block with added J-Head lip

I was consistently encountering jams where the J-Head hotend intersects with the Wade's block. Primarily due to my unintentional widening of the filament wide opening. Either way, I observed that my J-Head hotend had a significant empty space right at the top by the filament path. I aimed to seal this off to minimize the risk of buckling/bending/jams. I utilized the Wade's block from Nophead's GitHub repository and added a small "lip" to address the described issue. Since I've installed this, I haven't experienced any jamming over the last few days from the same scenario where I previously got 2 jams in a row in 2 days.
